    Replacement remote kit for Harbor Breeze and other fan models with Up/Down light. This remote is a direct replacement for Harbor Breeze model L3HFAN35T2 with UP/DOWN lights. Remote has DIP switch in the back under the battery cover to match the fan mounted receiver (included). Works with LED, CFL, incandescent and halogen bulbs (light On/OFF function Only. Will NOT Dim). This remote is originally made for Harbor Breeze fans but works with many other similar looking remotes such as  Allen Roth etc. 12V battery is not included. USA/Canada shipping.

    There is an electronic limiter on these newer receivers as per new federal laws
    190W (regular bulbs) for down light & 60 watts (regular bulbs) for Up light
    We have older receivers that support 300Watts (incandescent bulbs) also
