CMD 50:
Cretors CMD 50 (10 lb) Cooker and Coater is designed to melt, coat and mix 30 to 50 lbs of savory or caramel flavor product per hour. Our exclusive new dual mixing baffles improve the coating process, providing a well coated and efficient product. An aluminum heat plate is used for optimal heat control and eliminates hot spots. An adjustable digital display and control is designed for precise temperature settings and measures actual product temperature. Audible alarm indicates when temperature is reached. Stainless steel mixing bowl, agitator blade and pedestal make it durable and easy to clean. Optional knock down cooling table with fan (design your own workstations) is also available.
